Examples of this are the CPW wall and the leader-guided application of sidegrip vibro hammers. These innovations contribute to more efficient execution and enable new applications within foundation projects.

Leader guided sidegrip

An important innovation from Foundiz is the leader-guided application of a sidegrip vibro. Several patents have been obtained for this technique.

With this application, a sidegrip vibro is used via a leader construction for the installation of, among other things, steel tubular piles, sheet piles, and beam steel.

An important feature is that the rotating function is integrated into the vibro hammer itself. This allows the foundation element to be positioned accurately and also enables work in limited space or in difficult corners.

CPW wall (Crete Pile Wall)

The CPW wall is a foundation technique developed by Foundiz for the vibration-free realization of concrete sheet pile walls in the ground. This technique was developed as an alternative to traditional steel sheet piles, where vibrations, transport, and construction site logistics often pose a challenge.

In this method, hollow panels are pressed into the soil and filled with reinforcement and concrete. The panels function temporarily as formwork and are recovered after the concrete is poured. This creates a concrete wall formed in the ground with a watertight connection between the panels.

Innovation and emission reduction

Due to the increasing demand for low-emission and emission-free construction methods, the need for zero-emission solutions is also growing within foundation projects. This applies particularly to inner-city areas and locations with stricter requirements.


Therefore, in addition to new techniques for execution and efficiency, we also develop solutions for emission-free piling, such as sheet pile pressing machines with a zero-emission power pack.
