These tools are designed for use on construction sites and are characterized by their durability, reliability, and ease of use, even under harsh conditions.
Ground release shackles make it possible to safely hoist piles and sheet piles and disconnect them remotely from the work level.
The shackle is unlocked by pulling a safety clip with a metal wire using a cord or cable. This action releases the locking pin via an internal spring mechanism, after which the shackle can be easily removed while the pile or sheet pile is held in place by the pile-driving rig or crane.
This allows lifting operations to be carried out in a controlled, safe, and efficient manner, thereby preventing the need to work at heights and reducing the need for auxiliary equipment.
Ratchet release shackles operate on a similar principle, but are unlocked using a ratchet mechanism. Pulling a ratchet strap around a metal collar causes the locking pin to be loosened in a controlled manner.
These shackles are available in various designs and load capacities, up to approximately 40 metric tons, and can be used in a wide range of foundation projects. In addition, versions are available with wider bodies or made of special steel grades, making them suitable for use in harsh conditions, such as low temperatures.

The sheet pile threader is a specialized tool designed to facilitate the controlled interlocking of sheet pile joints at greater heights. When sheet piles are out of reach of construction site workers, this tool provides a safe and efficient solution.
The threader is attached to the bottom of the new sheet pile and connected to the already installed sheet pile wall via guide rollers. During hoisting, the sheet pile is guided along the existing sheet pile wall, after which it is automatically locked into place.
Once the steam plank is positioned correctly and lowered into place, the sheet pile threader moves down with it and can be easily disconnected. This allows the process to be carried out in a controlled manner without the need for additional tools.
