The excavator mounted vibros available for rent from Foundiz are specially designed for use with a hydraulic excavator. These excavator mounted vibros can be used to drive piles and sheet piles into the ground or to extract them by pulling. The foundation elements can be lifted using the specially attached chain and then gripped by the powerful hydraulic clamping jaws. Once securely clamped, the foundation element can be driven into the ground using high-frequency vibrations. The excavator’s arm can be used to apply downward pressure, driving the element into the ground even faster with the added force.
Benefits
– Compact size, rugged, and reliable
– Simple and quick attachment to the excavator
– Compact dimensions allow for maximum pile length
– Damped construction provides high vibration reduction in the excavator
– Automatic clamp control
– Oil flow regulator ensures balanced oil flow from the excavator to the vibro hammer
