The sidegrip vibro hammers available for rent from Foundiz are specially designed for use with a hydraulic excavator. These sidegrip vibro hammers can be used to drive piles, beams, and sheet piles into the ground or to extract them by pulling. The foundation elements can be gripped using the special lateral clamping system consisting of two arms or using the sheet pile clamp on the underside of the block. Once securely clamped, the foundation element can be driven into the ground using high-frequency vibrations. The excavator’s arm can be used to apply downward pressure, driving the element into the ground even faster under the influence of additional downward force, or to pull it out using an upward force.
